How Does the AT-HOME BURN & BUILD Program Work?

Our program is designed for busy professionals like you. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, we’ve got a plan to match your needs. You’ll follow a structured 6-week program, divided into 3 distinct phases: Burn, Tone, and Build.

Burn: Kickstart your fitness journey by shedding excess weight with high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and cardio movements.

Tone: Strengthen and sculpt your muscles with focused bodyweight exercises.

Build: Increase strength and endurance, pushing your limits with bodyweight resistance exercises designed to build lean muscle.

No equipment is required—just your body, some space, and a bit of motivation!

What’s Included?

3 workouts per week for beginners, 5 workouts per week for intermediates and advanced levels.

Workouts are designed to be short—30 minutes or less, so you can squeeze them into your day without feeling overwhelmed.

Each workout is broken down into clear instructions, and you’ll have access to modifications and progressions to ensure you can always keep pushing your limits, no matter your fitness level.

        Each workout is designed to be 30 minutes or less. We know you’re busy, so our goal is to give you a challenging workout that can be completed in a short amount of time, without compromising results.
      3. No Equipment Necessary:
        You don’t need a gym or fancy equipment—just your body and a small amount of space. Every workout is built using bodyweight exercises, making it perfect for at-home training, or even when you’re traveling.
      4. Flexible for All Fitness Levels:
        Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, the program includes modifications and progressions for each exercise, so you can tailor the intensity to your current fitness level. As you get stronger, the program will adjust to push you further.
