AT-HOME VERSION

For those who prefer to work out at home, all you need is a set of dumbbells, a bench (or box/chair), and resistance bands. This program is designed to give you the flexibility to build strength and power with minimal equipment. Whether you’re looking to tone or increase muscle size, this program delivers results by combining strength-focused moves with functional movements to keep you progressing every week.

How the AT-HOME PowerFit Program Works:
This program is structured to progressively build muscle and strength over 13 weeks. You will follow a mix of strength training, HIIT, and functional exercises to ensure every muscle group is targeted.

Program Goals:

Build muscle through progressive overload.

Increase strength by focusing on compound movements.

Improve endurance with functional training.

Required Equipment:

Dumbbells

With the ability to use more equipment (such as barbells, weight plates, and cable machines), this program focuses on advanced training techniques for serious muscle and strength gains.

IN-GYM VERSION

The gym version is tailored for those who want to push their limits with heavier weights and advanced lifts. This program uses a combination of compound movements, isolation exercises, and functional lifts to build muscle and increase strength.

How the IN-GYM PowerFit Program Works:
Much like the at-home version, the gym version of the program is structured over 13 weeks, but with more access to gym-specific equipment. From barbell squats to deadlifts and cable rows, this program will target every muscle group for balanced strength development.

Program Goals:

Build muscle through advanced lifts and progressive overload.

Increase strength by using free weights and machines for targeted exercises.

Focus on hypertrophy to maximize muscle size and strength.
